By accessing and using OjaChat's WhatsApp-based ecommerce platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
OjaChat provides a WhatsApp-first ecommerce platform that enables small merchants to:
- Create and manage online stores through WhatsApp
- Process customer orders and payments
- Track deliveries and manage inventory
- Schedule social media posts
- Access business analytics and insights
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your WhatsApp account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and current
Prohibited Activities
- Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Violating WhatsApp's terms of service
- Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Transaction fees apply to processed orders
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Payment methods include mobile money, bank transfers, and cards
WhatsApp Integration
Our service integrates with WhatsApp Business API. You acknowledge that:
- You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy
- WhatsApp may limit or suspend messaging capabilities
- We are not responsible for WhatsApp service interruptions
- Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp's infrastructure
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
OjaChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect service availability.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
